Pickles is hoarking stuff up

I'm getting worried. Now Pickles is not just coughing but puking and hoarking stuff up. I will be so upset if this dog has distemper or some other expensive and nearly 100% fatal doggie disease. WTF do I do? It's almost 830 here and I know that there is one vet open now... I can not afford an insane vet bill... Do I just cross my fingers and wait till morning? Really I should not be pushed like this, my meds arent in full force yet and I could have a freaking breakdown!!
